Whilst keeping the same values, concepts and teaching methods of the Gracie Family, our aim is to provide the most effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in the best and easiest possible way.

Our task is very simple, we endeavour to provide students of all ages and physical ability the elements required to defend themselves in any situation as humanely as possible whilst also training and learning in a friendly and egoless atmosphere.
